Note 1 -You may do a free registration on www.DMentor.in/DOST. or download Dmentor App from Google APP store.
Note 2 -The registered students should appear for DOST-Round-1 (qualifying exam) online Test either on the Web or App through mobile/tablet/laptop/desktop Anytime-Anywhere (school/ home).
Note 3 -Top 20% Students will get selected through this online Test, subject to scoring above minimum cutoff marks. Result of DOST Round 1 will be sent to successful candidates within 24 hours to 3 days.
Note 4 -The Students who do not cross the total cutoff marks will not qualify for the Main exam test. Whereas those who are above cutoff, but not selected may get selected in waiting list, which will be released after 10 to 14 days based on enrollment for DOST Round-2.
Note 5 -Only qualified students in DOST Round-1 can enroll for DOST Round-2 (Main Exam) by paying an enrollment Fee of 500/-.

Note 6 -On Payment of 500, Students will be given one Excellent New Experience Digital Courseware worth 1490/- and 100% cashback of 500/- as d-cash/coupon. The Coupon given can be used only once, it is valid till 1 year only.
Note 7 -DOST-Round-2 of Scholarship Exam will be conducted online at designated Centers in various cities, decided by respected authorities. Based on availability, nearest center will be allotted to the candidate. Time slot may be chosen as per preference and availability. No consideration will be given for any change. Final center/slot allotment will be on first come first basis and decision will be final by the DMENTOR.
Note 8 -Merit for scholarship shall be prepared exclusively on the basis of the DOST Round-2. Students those who have crossed the cutoff marks only will be considered in the merit list.
Note 9 -The final decision will remain with “Dedicated Academy Pvt Ltd” management and this decision will be final and binding on the candidate and all other involved parties.
Note 10 -Wards and the blood relations of employees of DMentor or Dedicated Academy Pvt Ltd may appear in the tests, but their name will not be considered for scholarship, but they may find their status of merit.
Note 11(a) -The registered office of DMentor is “Dedicated Pvt Ltd in 301, Super mall-1 Info city Gandhinagar. All disputes and differences of any nature whatsoever shall be referred to the Sole Arbitrator appointed by the Management of “Dedicated Pvt Ltd”. The Arbitration proceedings shall be conducted in accordance with the provisions of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act 1996 and Statutory modification thereof and the rules made thereunder. The award of the Arbitrator shall be final & binding. It is further agreed that in spite of the fact that the Sole Arbitrator may be known to the Directors or shareholders or may have been appointed as an arbitrator earlier by the company shall not disqualify him. Even if the Arbitrator may have expressed an opinion in a similar matter earlier shall also not render him disqualified. The seat of the Arbitration will be Gandhinagar.
Note 11(b) -Subject to Note 11(a) here in above, the exclusive Jurisdiction in the matter shall vest in Gandhinagar only.
General Terms & Conditions:
Note 1 -If a Student appears in DIVYA DOST scholarship test, will not be getting any second chance to appear again. So, he/ she does not have any undue advantage over a fresh Student appearing for the first time.
Note 2 -DMentor reserves the right to change / cancel any program, eligibility criterion, and Prize value without prior notice.
Note 3 -If due to any technical error or due to any reason, if a student or group of students failed to appear in the test or complete the test, or even after successful completion may not get considered in the merit list will not get a second chance and the result released by the system will be considered as final.
