Refund Policy

Dmentor Classes stands for Highest Quality of Training. At Dmentor Classes, we have handpicked India’s Best Teachers and made their classes available in a Samsung Tablet. We are so sure of the quality that in case you do not improve after attending these classes for 7 days, we refund you the complete fees paid All products come with a trial period of 7 days. Within the 7 days of delivery, you can refund the product in case you do not like it.

• A Refund Request will be deemed valid only if it is made through an email to [email protected] within 7 days from delivery.
• No Refund will be provided after 7 days from delivery.
• Product should be returned along with the original invoices
• Orders paid by Credit/Debit Card will be refunded by credit back to the Credit/Debit Card within 14 working days and the refund will reflect in the next statement
• Orders paid by net banking accounts will be credited back to bank account.
• For all other modes of payment, we will send a refund cheque. The cheque will be made in favor of the name as in the "billing name" provided at the time of placing the order.
